Associate Supplier Performance Manager in Vendor Management

We are a team of contract, finance, and supplier managers across Denmark and Lithuania who are responsible for coordinating external vendors critical to Danske Bank. We take great pride in supporting our business by ensuring the agreed performance, value, and compliance of the contracts. We build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

In this entry level role, you will be responsible for the performance monitoring and reporting of a portfolio of vendors and work closely with, for example, our own team of contract managers, procurement managers, etc. We are very focused on creating a good collaborative working environment—professionally as well as socially—and supporting a hybrid working environment.

You will:

  • Ensure that ongoing service delivery of critical and complex IT and banking services and associated support meet agreed-upon needs and service levels
  • Be accountable for a portfolio of vendors of varying complexity, including being accountable for their performance
  • Overview of ongoing vendor performance against key metrics and reporting onward to meet departmental needs
  • Identify and encourage continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service relevant professional experience across IT operation processes
  • Identify and monitor risk and compliance issues; identify deviations from committed supplier deliverables
  • Organize operational interfaces for vendors, ensuring effective and efficient process interfaces
  • Monitor supplier performance and initiate appropriate actions
  • Track process compliance and deviations and identify initiatives to support the team

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience handling vendors or delivering IT services from the vendor side
  • Experience in supplier management and other processes, especially service level management and corporate vendor management or procurement processes
  • Exposure to supporting stakeholder environments (internally and externally)/developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Tech Savvy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of management reports and dashboards
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
