The Robotics process automation (RPA) team works with business processes, concentrating on optimization and automation it. You will be part of Danica Robotics project, which is probably the most effective RPA project in the world.

You will:

To be more precise, you will be responsible for:

  • Interviewing and continuously communicating with process experts to be able to produce a specification of the automation and clarify any issues
  • The analysis of a business process and the illustration of it in a drawing
  • Setting the scope for the automation – which scenarios should be excluded, what clarifications are needed etc.
  • Describing step by step how the different process activities are performed (with screen dumps) together with the SME
  • Describing the process in words, including the business case for automation, governance, risk, etc. and get the description understood and approved by the business
  • Understanding of the business area (Danica) from the cradle to the grave and continuously challenge industry and be proactive in building up an automation pipeline
  • Answering questions from developers, taking an active part in testing the automation, and running Hyper care once the robot is launched

  • Understanding of business processes and focus on details
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough and Complete
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • “Mini-project manager” skills such as keeping a deadline, self-driven, and securing alignment with stakeholders
  • Excellent skills in English – written and spoken
  • Knowledge of software development processes (advantage)
  • Experience with Atlassian or similar tools (advantage)
  • Experience as an RPA Business Analyst is considered a bonus
