Our team of committed Project Managers sits within Strategy & Transformation area. Our focus is on implementing strategic projects, programs, and themes, bringing change all across the Bank. The team is located primarily in Denmark (Copenhagen) and Lithuania (Vilnius).

You will:

  • Daily coordination with stakeholders of the programme office, including the project managers who deliver on the programme objectives
  • Running meetings and workshops
  • Preparing communication and reporting materials based on inputs from the stakeholders
  • Running communication & coordination forums for the programme
  • Running projects and support project deliveries in our programme office
  • Coordinating work between Teams who work in different Agile set-ups
  • Participate in the Team activities and goals like knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and improving the best practice

About you:

  • Knowledge of Project Management discipline
  • Efficient communication, advanced English skills verbal and writing
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • An open-minded personality with a focused and structured approach to getting the job done
  • An aspiration to learn and the ability to work with limited supervision, efficiently and steadily
  • Critical thinker with good cooperation and communication skills in a global and diverse organisation
  • The ability to take ownership and follow the task through
  • A team-oriented person who shows a high-quality approach to the tasks at hand and wants to contribute to the common achievements of the team

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
