Associate Platform Engineer in Customer Interaction Technologies

As an associate Platform Engineer for the Customer Online Meeting Services you will be part of the team technically responsible for Danske Bank Customer Online Meeting platforms including service operation, design and strategy.

The Customer Online Meeting platform is built on the Adobe Connect Suite and used broadly across the group for Online Advisory meetings with customers.

The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a strong passion for technology and infrastructure, with 2-3 years of experience working with various infrastructure technologies e.g. distributed systems, databases and network technologies. Furthermore, automation scripting skills and experiences will be a big advantage to support our automation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or equivalent
• Experience with MS SQL infrastructure
• Experience with Collaboration Tools
• Experience with distributed systems and high availability solutions
• Good understanding of network technologies e.g. CCNA
• Understanding of security practices and solutions
• Basic programming skills e.g. Python to support automation
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Powershell scripting skills
• Analytical skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Proactive and Self-motivated
