Associate Operations Officer in Daily Services Transfers Team

I am Reda, leader of Daily Services Transfers team in Everyday Banking Individuals HUB. Our team consists of 14 professionals and we are responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of private and business customers to other banks. Our role includes handling customers accounts and products, pension accounts, which simplifies the process of changing banks for customers and managing their financial products.

We coordinate over 80 processes in different markets – DK, SE, FI, NO, which makes our work more interesting and provides more opportunities for learning.

Our team is seeking an organized and creative member to join our team. As an Officer you will have an important part in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, overseeing various transfer out tasks. Be an important contributor to achieving our operational goals.

You will:

  • Ensure that assigned tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing improvements and actively collaborate using the LEAN method
  • Monitor and escalate process-related issues
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other teams by sharing best practices
  • Create and update documentation and procedures
  • Take part in common initiatives and events contributing to team well-being

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role would be beneficial
  • Danish language skills would be beneficial. In addition, a monthly language bonus is applicable depending on your Danish language level.
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a quick-changing environment
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
  • Higher education

Monthly salary range from 1080 EUR to 1621 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
