Associate Operations Officer in Card Operational Services

We are looking for you to join our global team of 16 people. In our team you will not face much routine since we have a variety of about 120 tasks. Can you imagine how awesome it would be to become an expert at handling most of them?

Our team works with all Nordic Markets and has great collaboration and support. Colleagues will support you with all the tasks and questions you may have and support you in your learning and decision-making journey.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Nordic teams to find the best solutions for case handling
  • Communicate with International customers and vendors regarding other issues in a written manner
  • Participate in continuous improvements in daily work (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Motivation and curiosity to learn new things
  • Working experience in an operational or administrative role (would be appreciated)
  • Not afraid to work in a tight deadlines environment and cope with peak periods
  • Willingness to work in back–office position
  • Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 960 EUR to 1440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
