We promise to support and inspire you since we want you to succeed in this role. On a daily basis little or none client-facing is involved. We expect you to be flexible and eager to help other teams with their tasks when needed. Your daily responsibilities will include product creation for existing or new customers.

During the pandemic situation and national lockdown, we provide the possibility to work from home.

*This is a fixed-term position for 6 months job contract.

Your title in the job contract will be Officer-Service Delivery, Associate.

You will:

• Supporting administrative tasks (data entry, investigating, crytical tasks, administration, preparation of various documents, following processes and procedures)
• Work on process improvements and innovation
• Collaboration with your team and contribution to the overall result

About you:

• Higher education or being a student with ability to work full time
• Good communication skills in English
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Being a collaborator who enjoys working, sharing knowledge and having fun together
