As an Associate Officer, you will join Becoming a Customer team with a fixed-term contract until 2020-12-31. You will be part of a new and fresh team, performing end-to-end onboarding to foreign customers in Nordic countries.

On a daily basis little or none client-facing is involved. However, you will have to contact the customers via e-mail if any onboarding–compulsory information is missing. We expect you to be flexible and eager to help other teams with their tasks when needed.

Assuming strict requirements of AML, you will be also working on Know-Your-Customer (KYC) section which requires various details of customer provided.

Your official title will be Officer – Service Delivery, Associate

You will:

• Supporting administrative tasks (data entry, investigating, analytical tasks, administration, preparation of various documents, following processes and procedures)
• Work on process improvements and innovation
• Collaboration with your team and contribution to the overall result

About you:

• Higher education or being a student with ability to work full time
• Good communication skills in English
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Being a team player who enjoys working, sharing knowledge and having fun together
