Associate IT Software Engineer for Intelligent Automation CoE

The financial sector is moving in a direction where automation of processes has become more needed than ever and increases the demand for new clever solutions to problems.

Intelligent Automation CoE democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation that saves costs for the bank and improves quality, compliance and delivery speed. We are looking for motivated, structured and diligent problem solvers to learn and work with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), Scripts, and OCR.

You will have fun and work with ambitious people (e.g. hackathons, team buildings, foosball, PlayStation tournaments). We are looking for skilled people to join our team.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you different seniority of the role.

*Interviews will start on 22 August.

You will:

  • Improve and automate business processes by creating virtual robots
  • Create new automation solutions (robots and scripts) and maintain existing ones
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end development process
  • Work closely with peers in Agile Scrum teams (Tribes)
  • Work in an international and multicultural team
  • Adapt best practices of the development process and shape the work environment

About you:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Regex, HTML, Javascript
  • Understanding of Software Engineering disciplines and knowledge of basic IT principles
  • Basic experience with UiPath or BluePrism automation tools (would be a bonus)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Positive attitude and motivation to learn
  • Structure and focus on quality
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • Teamwork/communication/cooperation skills and adaptability to change

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
