Associate End-User Engineer in Application Integration Team

As part of Application Integration team you will prepare and deliver application packages across all workstations in Danske Bank, analyze related issues and support other teams with questions about applications.

You will work with variety of top industry tools like: SCCM, Intune, Flexera AdminStudio/InstallShield, use MSI, MSIX technologies and develop some custom solutions (C#).

You will:

Ensure smooth software installation and stable application work on all Danske Bank workstations:

  • Provide support for packaged applications and software patching, including L2-L3 incidents, handling and root cause analysis
  • Prepare and maintain knowledge base, instructions and work guidance’s for L1 support teams, provide trainings for them
  • Analyze and support issues related with Office and productivity applications
  • Application packaging and repackaging for distribution via SCCM

About you:

Hard skills:

  • PowerShell scripting language knowledge
  • Experience in troubleshooting applications issues on Windows OS would be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal English skills
