Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) is a part of the newly established unit called Strategy Execution & Business Controls in Technology & Services. This unit democratizes and delivers innovative & tactical automation solutions that save the bank’s cost, improves quality, compliance, and delivery speed, catering to the entire bank’s needs.

We have a good automation culture in Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation CoE will be the home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or full process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of industry’s best practices, innovations, standards creation.

The Intelligent Automation CoE team will consist of 76 employees with various backgrounds and skillsets within automation technologies (IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, IT Platform Engineers). We will be a truly international team, primarily located in Lithuania, Denmark, and India.

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join our CoE team.

You will:

  • Identify automation (RPA, scrips, macros, etc.) candidates through process analysis, observations, Gemba, and workshops to ensure the continuous backlog
  • Document process requirements (write PDDs) for desired automation solutions
  • Support developers with needed information as well as solutions testing
  • Be a bridge between developers and business area stakeholders (TL’s, SME’s, etc.) to ensure quick and efficient collaboration
  • Become one-point of contact for the business area and collect information about needed changes/fixes in the area and reasons for them
  • Actively participate in squad life and its routines
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions (RPA, scripts, etc.), including maintenance and enhancements
  • Ensure all needed access rights are requested and approved on time
  • Ensure pro-active follow-up on issues
  • Be keen on experimenting and looking for the solutions/workarounds outside the box

About you:

  • Experience in business processes and data analysis
  • Experience with Lean and ability to identify process improvements, especially from an automation point of view
  • Taking part (as SME) in various project related to process and automation improvements in the team/area
  • Good collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Curiosity and ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
