IT Application Support Specialist in Danica Technology

You will work with 6 international (LT, DK, MY) agile development teams working on 2 main projects:

  • B2C and B2B next generation pension platforms
  • Robotics Process Automation using BluePrism

You will:

  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
  • Analysis of logs
  • Configuration of dashboards and alerts

About you:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience working in a similar Application Support role or as an IT administrator
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL foundation certificate, is an advantage
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions
  • You are result-oriented and never give up
  • You are able to create simple scripts and macros
  • Eager to learn technical areas
  • Excellent English language skills
