We are on a journey on building strong the Regulatory Reporting competence center in Wealth Management and you will be able to influence the way we do things, to optimize and develop our core processes.

Team’s focus is to control the ability of Danske Bank to comply with new and existing finance markets regulations and to fulfil our high quality standards. This covers two main areas: Authority Reporting and Client Reporting.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role. Currently we are looking for 2 colleagues (different seniority level) in Vilnius to become members of this new team which will work closely with the colleagues in Asset Management and other business areas in Denmark.

You will:

As an Analyst you will help ensuring that the bank lives up to both existing and coming regulatory requirements on the investment markets stemming from MiFIDII, EMIR, SFTR, etc.

Main tasks:

• Daily report – on the controlled transactions – LEI code requirements, DTCC use for transactions control (investigating the data discrepancy), SFTR matching (making sure that all transactions are matched)
• Client reporting according to the regulatory requirements (MIFID), quality assurance
• Recording, control and management reporting of findings
• Designing quality assurance frameworks
• Specifying demands to new processes, procedures, establishing data based controls and reports
• Creating analyses, tools, programs, and calculations
• Collaboration with stakeholders within the value chain

About you:

• Strong analytical skills
• 1+ year of work experience with SQL/SAS
• Deep interest in investment area and experience with trading systems
• Work experience in financial/banking sector would be an advantage
• Quality and solution orientation
• Higher education degree in relevant field: mathematics, finance, economics, etc.
• Strong time planning, daily work organizing skills with ability to adapt to fast-changing environment
