Now you have the opportunity to become part the Fraud Analytics & Data Science team, a part of the Danske Bank Fraud Management organization. We are looking for an Analyst to join the team comprising dedicated experts within different areas of expertise, responsible for ensuring a high performing fraud detection setup across payments, cards and mobile payments.

We are responsible for executing Danske Bank’s Fraud strategy and are currently building up card fraud competencies as part of a new fraud detection setup. Our goal is to create an excellent customer experience, and reduce the impact of fraud.

You will play a key role in securing the bank and our customers against card fraud on a daily basis.

You will:

  • Continuous analysis of emerging fraud patterns and identifying appropriate mitigating actions
  • Monitor rule and model performance to optimize fraud detection and prevention capabilities
  • Own and drive reporting of fraud statistics to various national regulatory bodies
  • Work closely with colleagues from other entities to ensure the implementation of our Fraud Strategy
  • Maintain close relationships with industry groups, other financial institutions, card schemes and law enforcement

About you:

  • 1+ year experience in analytical or operational role (experience working with fraud would be considered as an advantage)
  • Solid English skills are crucial, while speaking at least one of the Nordic languages will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of using fraud monitoring/detection prevention tools
  • Possess an analytical mindset and a fact-based approach
  • Understanding the need of balancing fraud prevention and customer experience
  • Result-oriented and with a positive mindset and proactive attitude
  • Curiosity by nature and eager to develop and learn new skills
