You will be working in Finance Tribe, where we enable efficient management of Danske Bank´s financial position and​ resources by providing high-quality data via modern technology solutions​ across all financial domains​.

You´ll be based in Lithuania and work closely with stakeholders from across the development organization in all four Nordic countries, Denmark and India.

You will:

You will work side by side with the other Agile Coaches of the Tribe to better the agile practices of our Squads, empower our colleagues and help invigorate Danske Bank to be a front runner in providing financial services. Together with the Agile Coaches within the Tribe, you will work closely together to improve the delivery efficiency and quality while unleashing the potential of the Tribe, Squads, and employees.

As an Agile Coach, you will enable Squads to translate strategic goals into tangible impact and the shift towards an agile way of working. You will guide Squads in this new model and ways of working, coach them and strengthen the agile practices within the Tribe. You will drive the understanding of the Agile mindset and facilitate the agile events (e.g., Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, etc.) to increase effectiveness and customer focus. In addition to that, you will shift between being a coach, facilitator, trainer, and thinker. You will assist, support, and motivate the people in the Tribe.

About you:

We envision that you carry experience and knowledge in different lean agile methodologies and practices. We expect that You have hands-on experience working with agile events, possibly as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach. It is a benefit if you have either DevOps or software development in your profile.

As a person, you are people-minded, and you are known for inspiring and motivating others to excel in their work. You thrive with user and stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment across the organization, and getting in front of a crowd does not frighten you. You are structured and analytical by nature and have a can-do attitude, skilled in facilitating inspiring and value-adding virtual meetings, as well as a great communicator in English. Most importantly, you foster an entrepreneurial mindset, natural curiosity, and a practical bias towards action.
