We have embarked on a cultural and agile change journey to proactively keep our #1 position in the Nordic Corporate Banking market and meet future challenges from FinTech and BigTech disruptors. Our transformation will enable our agile ways of working. The teams of tomorrow are organized together in “tribes” with a strong customer journey focus empowered by a strong mandate to act. You will be part of our 155 employees organised in 15 squads in the strong Monitoring & Screening tribe. We prevent FinCrime by enabling group-wide screening and monitoring to secure regulatory compliance and a frictionless customer experience through state-of-the-art technology & processes.

Our tribe is global and born virtually with business analysts and engineers from Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, and India organised in cross-functional squads. You will get responsibility for coaching three full stack squads in our tribe towards agile best practices. We expand the tribe with six new squads and therefore require two additional Agile Coaches.

Our transformation journey requires Agile Coaches that can run with many different tasks and still can keep focus. The Agile Coaches are those who drive the agile journey by continuously improving.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

Together with your Agile Coach colleagues, you will work closely to improve collaboration and ways of working unleashing the potential of the Tribe, Squads, and colleagues, including:

  • driving the understanding of the Agile mindset
  • coaching squads to self-facilitate the agile events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, etc.)
  • engaging employees as facilitator, trainer, and system thinker. You will assist, support, and motivate the employees in the Tribe
  • supporting and driving tribe wide initiatives that enable the Tribe collectively to improve collaboration and customer engagement
  • working closely together with the Product Owner and Chapter Lead in the POCLAC Leadership team to support the squad in an optimal way
  • using [email protected] in the daily scrum events and also in plans, dashboards, etc.
  • being part of an awesome Agile Chapter where we co-create our learning journey

About you:

  • We envision that you carry an agile Agile toolbox and knowledge in different lean agile methodologies and practices, i.e., user story writing, acceptance criteria, the definition of ready, the definition of done.
  • Hands-on experience working with agile events, possibly as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train [email protected], or Agile Coach
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within different seniority
  • Excellent in facilitating inspiring and value adding virtual meetings
  • Ability to think holistic
  • Experience in driving change behavior and larger organizational
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others – curiosity drives you, and you are interested in developing with others
  • You are structured and analytical by nature and have a can-do-attitude
  • Experiences from a multinational environment and software development would be an advantage
  • Excellent English skills both in writing and speaking
